Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
  • We would like to have a system where cancellations made on the website are automatically refunded.
  • No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations on the day of the tour.
  • If a guest does not show up at the hotel lobby or designated meeting point 15 minutes after the tour start time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation. No refunds will be given.
